Day 1: Depart for Lake Mburo National Park; the evening boat excursion. Enjoy breakfast at the hotel in Kampala, after which our driver-guide will collect you and provide further details on the 2-day safari around Lake Mburo. You will subsequently drive towards the western region of Uganda, passing through cities such as Lyantonde and Masaka. You will have a layover at Mpambire drum manufacturers village, where you will watch and learn about the native drum-making process. Upon entering the park, head to lunch at any hotel or lodge of your preference. As you traverse the park paths, you will encounter many species, including elands, warthogs, buffaloes, zebras, and waterbucks.
