5 days gorilla trekking and wildlife safaris
This 5 days gorilla trekking and wildlife safaris focuses on wildlife and gorilla trekking. The adventure will take you to the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park, which is known to be home to over half of the world’s remaining 1004 mountain gorillas. The park was also once inhabited by the Batwa tribe, who were forced to leave when the park was established.
In addition, you will venture off the beaten path and explore Queen Elizabeth National Park, which is the second largest national park in Uganda. This park is inhabited by leopards and various other animals that roam the Mweya Peninsula. The Kyambura Gorge is home to chimpanzees and other primates, while the park also offers trails that lead to bat caves and enormous volcanic explosion craters. On the Kazinga Channel, you can enjoy a boat cruise and observe hippos and crocodiles. Furthermore, the Ishasha plains are known for their tree-climbing lions and the elusive shoebill stork.
The main attraction of the Wildlife and Gorilla Trekking Uganda Safari will be the opportunity to hike the Mountain Gorillas in the Bwindi Jungles. During this experience, participants will observe these immense primates as they engage in activities like as feeding, communicating, playing, and nurturing their offspring. You will engage with the Batwa people to acquire knowledge about their previous existence as gatherers, hunters, warriors, blacksmiths, and herbalists during their habitation in the Bwindi Forest.

Gorilla trekking is an enthralling pursuit, since you may spend several hours traversing the bush before successfully spotting these magnificent creatures.
Gorillas continuously migrate daily, adapting their movements based on the accessibility and proximity of sustenance. They travel in clusters, with each cluster being guided by a Silverback, who is the dominant male.

The Bwindi forest is around 250,000 years old, and simply walking through such a forest is a truly awe-inspiring experience. Once you discover them, allocate one hour for observation.
Your ranger guide will go to great lengths to ensure that you have an unforgettable experience with the mountain Gorillas. After the passage of one hour, you will proceed back to the tourist centre in order to participate in a graduation ceremony, followed by a dinner at the lodge.

For a unique experience, visitors can go on a 5-day gorilla and wildlife tour, which includes gorilla trekking in Bwindi. Uganda truly offers a remarkable wildlife safari experience.
